Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

UNDERWEAR

TRIAL PACK :

Even though we are super confident with the quality of underwear we’re providing, we know that sometimes the size ordered might not be the correct fit. 

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. We’re glad to provide a trial piece of underwear of the same article in the same size when 3 or more quantities of underwear are ordered. In case the trial piece doesn’t fit or look the way you want, we’ll gladly provide an exchange for the pack, provided the rest of the products are sealed, unused, and unwashed.

Note: In case you’ve purchased just a single underwear, we currently do not offer any return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

OUTERWEAR - 30 DAY RETURN

We offer an easy exchange or return policy for all outerwear, no questions asked. You can raise an exchange or return request for any outerwear product within 30 days of its delivery.

If you do not like how your garment fits or looks, you can request for it to be exchanged for an alternate size or color. 

Prefer a return instead? We’ll issue you a refund for the price of the product. Please note the shipping fees will not be refunded. 

Here’s how you go about this: 

Step 1: Contact our customer support team. Email us on gloot@nykaafashion.com

Step 2: Share your order details and request an exchange or return. Please share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 7 business days. We will initiate the exchange or return process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Note: If we’re unable to process an exchange due to unavailability of the product for any reason, we’ll offer you a coupon code of the same amount as the product.

 

Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on gloot@nykaafashion.com (Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 10PM and Sunday, 10AM to 7PM)

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

 

How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?

In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions ,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

 

We will not be able to offer an return or exchange if:

The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.

  1. The product is returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories or if the original packaging is damaged.
  2. Defective products that are not covered under seller/manufacturer’s warranty.
  3. The product is used or altered.
  4. If the request is initiated after 15 business days of order delivery for the trial pack in case of innerwear and 30 business days of order delivery for outerwear.
  5. Please note: For select marketing campaigns or sale periods, special exchange/ return rules may apply. Information regarding this is mentioned on the promotion banner. For any clarification, please feel free to get in touch with our customer care team.

Terms and conditions for returns and exchanges:

Please do not return any product before receiving any confirmation from our team. In case any product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee we’ll be able to process your request. Once we receive the products, our quality control team will examine them for all defects or variations, based on your claim. 

If we find that a customer is misusing the exchanges and refunds policy, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
