MY ORDERS:

1. How do I track my order?

Log in to your account in gloot.co.in and go to the My Orders section to access your order history. If you are a Guest User, fill in your order details in the Track Your Order page.

2. How do I track my shipped order?

To track shipped orders, we provide AWB (Airway Bill no.) with the carrier name. You can track your order on the carrier's website using the AWB number given to you. The AWB numbers may sometimes take upto 48 hours from the date of dispatch to become trackable on the carrier’s website. For further help, you can always reach out to us through Call/ Email

3. Is there any minimum order requirement?

No, we don't have any minimum order requirement. But shipping charges will apply based on order value.

4. How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped from our warehouse. Log in to your account in gloot.co.in and go to the My Orders section to access your order history and cancel the order. If you are a Guest User, fill in your order details in the Track Your Order page.

5. My order is delivered to me but the status does not show "Delivered".

In a few cases, it may take up to 24 hours to mark the order as delivered. Please wait for 24 hours after delivery. In case, it is more than 24 hours since delivery and the order status is still not 'delivered', please contact us at gloot@nykaa.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

1. How do I return/exchange the order I have placed?

You can return/exchange your order within 07 days of its delivery - no questions asked. Please follow these steps to return order:

1. Click on https://glootstore.clickpost.ai/return-exchange - enter your order number without a hashtag (For Example: 12345) and the phone number without a '0' at the start (For Example: 1234567890). Once the return request is placed we will make sure that this is processed on priority.
2. In case you’ve bought a multi-pack, we request you to try on only one piece. We’ll gladly provide a refund for the pack, provided the rest of the products are unused and unwashed.
3. The amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days. Please note the shipping fees, if any will not be refunded.

2. I am unable to place a return/exchange request.

There are 2 reasons due to which return/exchange option is not available on website:

 

1. If your order is not marked delivered. The return/exchange request can be taken only after the order status is marked as 'Delivered' by our courier partner. In a few cases, it may take up to 24 hours to mark the order as delivered. In case, it is more than 24 hours since delivery and the return/exchange option is still unavailable, please contact us at gloot@nykaa.com.

2. You can return/exchange your order within the return policy timeframe. The return/exchange option is withdrawn once the period has passed since delivery.

3. How do I track my return/exchange?

We will send a confirmation email and SMS once your return order has been picked up and when it is received at our warehouse. In case of exchange request you are intimated again via SMS and email when new items are dispatched to you. In case of refund an email is sent when the refund is processed from our end. It may take up to 48 hours for it to reflect in your account.

4. How to Return/Exchange the products?

1. Visit on My account section on our website and raise a return/exchange request and keep the product ready with all tags attached.

2. Also, enclose any GLOOT collectible gift items or any other free gift items you received with your order under various promotions.

3. Please note that returns/exchanges cannot be processed if any of the items including returned gift items are found to be in used or damaged conditions or with tags missing. or if any of the accompanying gift items are missing.

5. How does GST vary for orders?

Tax may vary depending on factors like the city where the order would be shipped to and price of products.

6. If I return the order will the GST amount charged be refunded?

If any order is returned, the GST amount will be refunded. However, Shipping charges will be non-refundable.

7. If I cancel the order will the GST amount charged be refunded?

If any order is cancelled before it is shipped, the GST amount and shipping charges will be refunded.

8. What are the items/services that cannot be returned or exchanged?

1. The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.

2. The product is returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories or if the original packaging is damaged.

3. Defective products that are not covered under seller/manufacturer’s warranty.

4. The product is used or altered.

5. If the request is initiated after 07 business days of order delivery for the trial pack in case of innerwear and 30 business days of order delivery for outerwear.

9. Under what conditions can I return/exchange my GLOOT non-returnable products?

1. Wrong product delivered

2. Expired product delivered

3. Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging

10. Under what conditions return/exchange requests will not be accepted for GLOOT non-returnable products?

1. Opened/ used/ altered products.

2. Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.

3. If the request is initiated after 07 business days of order delivery for the trial pack in case of innerwear and 30 business days of order delivery for outerwear.

PAYMENT:

1. Do you charge membership fee?

Membership to GLOOT is free and you also can use the coupon ‘GLOOTNEW10’ while checking out and avail 10% discount.

2. What currency can I use on the website?

You can pay in INR while making a purchase

3.  How will I be charged?

In case you choose to pay by credit or debit card or net banking, immediate deduction will take place. If you choose to pay by cash, you can do so at the time of delivery.

4. How does GST vary for orders?

REFUND POLICY:

1. What are the modes of refund?

There are three modes of refund:
1. Store Credit – If you choose this option, the amount is given to you in the form of coupon immediately and can be used for seamless shopping

2. Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded to the payment mode that was used to place the order.

3. Bank Account – In this case, the money will be refunded to the Bank Account for which we will collect details like Account holder’s name, Account number, Bank Name, Branch Name and IFSC code.


All of the above processes will be initiated once the items are picked by our courier partner and this will take 3-7 business days. P.S: All of the above gets acted upon receipt of items back in our warehouse in mandated condition.

2. How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

1.If you opt for having your money as Store Credit, it will be transferred immediately to you in the form of a coupon
2.If you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of the transaction or a particular bank account, it may take up to 2-3 business days to process the refund.

3. How does GST vary for orders?

6. How is the value of refunded amount calculated?

1. The value of the refunded amount will be equal to the final amount paid by you (after discounts) at the time of purchase.

2. In cases where customer has arranged the return at their cost, we will add Rs 100 to the refund amount. Courier return charges of upto Rs 100 will be added to the refundable amount. The customer will be required to send us the courier receipt. The management reserves the rights to deny this amount.

3. If you received any of the gift items with your order, please return them as well for full refund. Should you choose to keep the gift items, a nominal charge per gift item will be deducted from the refund amount. This deductible amount will be mentioned on your invoice.

7. Will I get complete refund against my order?

If you return/cancel an order, the paid price of the product (including the tax collected) will be refunded back to you. However, shipping charges are non-refundable and hence shall not be refunded.


STORE CREDIT:

Please find the steps below to use the Store Credit money:

1. Please login gloot.co.in and choose the product/s you wish to purchase and add it to the Cart.

2. While checking out, you will get a field named ‘Gift card or discount code’ - you need to enter the store credit code in the respective field.

3. Your Store Credit has one year expiry & can be adjusted against your next purchase.


SHIPPING POLICY:

1. Shipping Charges

There are no shipping charges when you make a purchase on GLOOT.

2. When can I expect delivery?

We understand the pain of anticipation! Hence, we try to ship majority orders out of our warehouse within 24 hours of order confirmation. However, each location has a different delivery time frame committed by the courier partner. You can check the expected time through Track my order in My account section

 

3. How will my order be shipped?

We use several national courier services to deliver your order to your door steps.

4. Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship GLOOT’s collection internationally as of now.

 

Important Notes

1. In the unlikely event, we are unable to deliver any item in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item in case of Cash on Delivery payment, or the full amount charged for the item will be refunded in case of online payments.

 

2. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 15 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded to your bank account or Store Credit as per your convenience. If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

GIFT POLICY:

1. Why have I received these gifts?

GLOOT loves to pamper its customers so we run various promotions where you can get various gifts along with your purchases. The gifts added to order are mentioned on your cart while checking out.

2. Can I exchange these gifts?

No, the gift items cannot be exchanged.

3. What should I do if I am exchanging or returning any of my ordered products.

In case you are returning any of your ordered products, return the gift items too you received with your order. Please note that returns cannot be processed if any of the items including returned gift items are found to be in used or damaged conditions or with tags missing.

4. Can I exchange the gift received with my Order?

We do not accept exchange of gift items sent with orders.
